Thank you so much for the advice.

No, I don’t have a EAD yet so I haven’t been working here. I will include his tax returns. I’ll look for the ITIN. Thank you for the advice.

To be honest with you, no I haven’t. I’d be happier to get my EAD to get a job than a scheduled interview. My field office is Newark & they are SLOW anyways

My field office is Phoenix. I haven't seen anyone from here so far which leads me to think they shouldn't be bogged down with cases. They have to be really lazy to be slow like this. I'll make another post to see if anyone has Phoenix as field office.

Why are you sad? If you have your interview and are approved on the spot, there's really no need for an EAD.

It is very rare to be approved on the spot anyways..

That is correct, and that is what i tell my husband, if your greencard is approved you dont need the EAD or advance parole.

I have the same field office as you and have the following filing reason and timeline:
                                USC Marriage based AOS
                                Field Office: Boston

                                10/17/2019 Packet received by USCIS
                                11/05/2019 Late evening, received 4 text messages (I130, I485, I131 and I765)
11/12/2019 Received all NOA notices via postal mail
11/18/2019 Received Biometrics Appointment Notice for 11/27/2019
                                11/27/2019 Biometrics completed
11/28/2019 I-485 and I-765 case change to "Fingerprint Review Was Completed"
                                *cricket sounds*

After this I have not heard anything. As you got an interview so quickly, did you apply for the case to be expedited? If not, can you think of any reason why your case got a quick turnaround? No worries if you cannot share, fully understandable.

Also, I noticed you called USCIS to get an update when you did not receive any NOA's in the mail. I called to see if I could talk to somebody about why my case has had not updates since Nov 28, 2019 (not sure they can tell me anything new), but was not able to navigate the menu to talk to someone. Any tips on how to reach a person when calling?
                                Hello,

When I initially called, it was looking for the receipt of documents sent. Otherwise I have done nothing to expedite our case. We just had patients. it might be whoever has your file and their workload. you are correct that via the phone it is not always correct in getting a live person for what you need to inquire about. You started before me and seem to be stuck since November. I read in some other post that people ask to speak to a tier 2 officer(?). May you need to do that. Again have not done anything extra to move the case along any faster.
