But you are getting close Letty23 you probably will hear something by the end of the week or no later than next week. Good luck.
I just got a notice that I-765 was approved and should be expecting it soon. Filled in late October but they did not "touch" it until 2nd week of November.

Was hoping for an interview but something is better than nothing.

      • My interview in is a week and I'm excited and anxious here.
I'm married to my spouse almost 3 years now, he's a Air Force service member. We got ordered to Little Rock AR so it has been very stressful with finding a new home, moving and getting everything I need for the interview.

        So far I have gathered,
        - Our new home lease.
        - Joint Bank accounts.
        - Joint Credit cards.
        - Car insurance.
        - Health insurance.
        - Phone account.

Our pictures with friends and family, our tickets traveled to see his family and see each other when he's out training.

Is there anything else I should prepare for my interview?
        TIA

          • Hello everyone! I haven't posted in a while and it's because my phone keyboard is not working very well and trying to write on it is a pain in the butt.
My EAD card is arriving on my mailbox today!! I am excited and actually just yesterday I saw a very good job opportunity suited to my career, so I am applying right now! Also, I am still working on the evidence for my interview.
My husband (sponsor) is switching jobs right now and he doesn't know for sure when he's going to start working on a regular basis again, so just in case and to be extra careful, we asked my in-laws to be our joint sponsors. We are planning to have them fill out form i-864 and i-864a to take to the interview (together with all the required documentation), so in case they ask about my husband's job, we can be honest, show them that and get no RFEs. If they don't ask about his job, we are not going to provide them with info they didn't require, but if they did, we have our backs covered. I hope this works! My in-laws make more than 100k a year and claim no dependents, so it should be fine!

You are on a roll! Congrats on the EAD! Sounds like you have everything covered as far as the interview and job situation also. Like you said, be honest, don’t offer extra info that they don’t ask you which could complicate things, and you always have the back-up plan of your in-laws’ income. I don’t think you have anything to worry about! Excited for you and still hoping and praying our case gets some movement soon!

              • am watching timelines & I seriously wish I lived in another state. NJ is terrible. I have seen ppl who filed with/after me from other states get their EADs. Idk why am still waiting other than hearing this particular FO is highly disorganized it’s disheartening to see progress but it’s also wonderful ppl are getting closer to their end goals

Thank you for your opinion! We feel pretty confident and are doing everything we can to have our backs covered. In addition, once you get to the interview, if your relationship is bona fide then there's little to worry about.
I truly hope you get an update soon!

I have the same field office as you and have the following filing reason and timeline:
                          USC Marriage based AOS
                          Field Office: Boston

                          11/05/2019 Late evening, received 4 text messages (I130, I485, I131 and I765)
11/12/2019 Received all NOA notices via postal mail
11/18/2019 Received Biometrics Appointment Notice for 11/27/2019
                          11/27/2019 Biometrics completed

                          *cricket sounds*

After this I have not heard anything. As you got an interview so quickly, did you apply for the case to be expedited? If not, can you think of any reason why your case got a quick turnaround? No worries if you cannot share, fully understandable.

Also, I noticed you called USCIS to get an update when you did not receive any NOA's in the mail. I called to see if I could talk to somebody about why my case has had not updates since Nov 28, 2019 (not sure they can tell me anything new), but was not able to navigate the menu to talk to someone. Any tips on how to reach a person when calling?
                          Any luck with an interview?

It was about the i864 too. When we submitted our package we sent IRS tax account transcript instead of returns, so they asked for a joint sponsor, which we didn't need at the time. So we sent a cover letter, tax returns, employment letter and paystubs.
we also had issues with my birth certificate, so we corrected everything and got the interview scheduled not even a week after USCIS received the response.
