immigration Petition I-130 -H1B1- Adjustment of Status -Legal Advice Reqd??
Hello,
I have a pending immigration petition I-130 (Adult over 21) filed by my FATHER, under USICS. I got my H1 visa.Kindly let me guide....
1)How and when should i hv to file 'Adjustment of status I-485' application, inaccordance with the new 'Direct Mail Program'?
2)Should i hv to wait first for my I-130 case to be approved from USCIS, then wait for visa number at NVC to be alloted..then to file I-485 OR i can file it simultaneously with pending I-130 petition at USCIS?
3)Can i also hv to file for I-131 (Travel) and I-765(Employment) ?
4)Among consular processing and Adjustment of Status, which is better and efficient option in time?
