Hi after 11 months we finally got our work and travel permi . I will be traveling with my husband, our 6 month old baby and our chihuahua in a few weeks to visit my family.

Website says case ready to be scheduled for an interview but we still dont know when.

i am very nervoua for the interview. We met on tinder on 2017, he went to Peru many times and i also came here a lot.. spend new years together and we basically had a long distance relationship. We met friends of each other our families... when i came to visit him on June last year he proposed.. wasnt planning to stay when i came. I said yes but i was still planning to go back to my country, ended up getting pregnant within a few weeks. Decided to stay and did change Of status from a touris visa to a green card. My husband is a doctor currently working at Stanford...we live in California. We have joined everything, bank accounts, credit cards... he supports our family i am a stay at home mom.

I am very nervous for the interview because some people go to a second interview... whats the bases for that?

Any opinions or experiences would be highly appreciated

Your case looks solid, especially with the baby and all. Don't worry too much.

Second interviews are for cases that don't have much evidence and USCIS gets suspicious of the validity of the Marriage. Your case looks great. don't worry.

The baby makes your case stronger than most. Don't worry.
