A scenario that I am hoping to get some contribution from you all.
My company is merging with another entity.
Although my role, duties, job location and the organization structure will not change, i am concerned about my existing AOS petition.
I-140 has been approved and I-485 pending since July 2019, so it is still less than 180 days. AC 21 does not yet apply, but I am not changing companies nor changing my job.
How will this merger event impact my I-140 and I-485? Please help me.
