Hi,
My Perm just got approved, finally!! I have filed under EB3 category and my PD is 09/22/2007. I will be filing I-140 under premium processing and assuming that gets approved moving on to the 485.
My husband has filed his perm under EB2 category in Oct 2009. We have not yet heard regarding his perm.
My question is when do we need to decide on whose green card processing either one of us wants to continue on? Also, is it possible for each of us to add the other as an applicant on each of our filing and continue that way? And then depending on which one processes sooner we can jump ships?
Are these decision necessary to be made before the 485 gets filed? Any one in the similar situation?
