    Hi all, I just received the good news today that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I should be getting the mail perhaps this week. My field office is in Houston and would like to get an estimate of how long it will take for my interview to actually be scheduled. Thanks

    • 08/20/2019 Biometrics reviewed
    • 09/16/2019 RFIE for I-864 and birth certificate
    • 10/26/2019 RFIE mailed
    • 10/29/2019 USCIS confirmed receipt of RFIE
    • 11/08/2019 Ready to schedule interview
    • 12/20/2019 EAD card received
    • 2/14/2020 Interview scheduled
    • 3/24/2020 Interview date but canceled due to COVID
    • 3/19/2020 Ready to schedule Interview

    My wait was 18 months but I believe it’s around 12-15 months after sending out the application.
    Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.
    03/27-2018 AOS package sent to Chicago Lockbox.
    03/30- confirmation of delivery to USCIS.
    04/11- Four Email/Text notifications
    04/11- cheques cashed
    04/27- Biometrics appointment received.
    04/27-Courtesy Letter-I-693
    05/02- Biometrics walk-in
    08/01- I-765 New Card being produced
    08/03- We approved your case; I-765 & I-131
    08/08-Combo Card received

        08/09/19: Biometrics Notification & Biometrics done (walk-in)
        11/15/19: Ready to Be Scheduled for Interview
        ​​​​​​11/18/19: Got the courtesy letter for I-693
        12/09/19: USCIS Interview Notice
        12/18/19: EAD/AP approved
        12/23/19: Comb Card Received
        ​​​​​​1/9/20: Interview, "New Card Is Being Produced."
        1/10/20: I-130 & I-485 "Case Was Approved"
        1/17/20: Green Card in hand.

            Hey everyone - I'm applying from Houston too. My timelines below. Hope the wait is not too long for us despite our field office being notorious for long lead times.
            L1B to C(9) AOS USC Spouse (Houston, TX)
            09/16/2019: I-485 / I-130 @ NBC (PD)
            10/18/2019: Biometrics Done

            11/08/2019: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
            11/27/2019: I-765/I-131 @ NBC
            03/31/2020: I-765/I-131 Case Approved

            10/27/2020: I-765/I-131 @ NBC (renewal)
            11/09/2020: Interview scheduled!
            12/07/2020: Interview Date - approved on spot
            12/08/2020: Email updates - card production
            12/10/2020: I-485/I-130 approval notices by mail
            12/15/2020: Green card by mail (10-years)!
