Guys i need your assistant. I used to have Dcca, then i got married back in 2017 with US citizen. I was scheduled an interview in feb 2019. When i went for interview the officer could not find my file. He told us he will reschedule my interview within 3 months. However, today i received a letter saying that they denied my case. I am shocked without interview they denied.

Now my question is what are my options? i know i can file 1-290b. However, i would like to know if i can revert back to Dcca? Is it possible to go back to Dcca? if yes should i still file i-290b then file dcca? what should i do? need your opinion?

Did they tell you what the reason for the denial was? What you should do depends on whether denial was correct or incorrect. If the denial was incorrect, you can file a Motion to Reconsider and/or Motion to Reopen. If the denial was correct, and you just messed up some paperwork or something but you are eligible, you may need to re-file. If the denial was correct and you were ineligible in the first place, then you would need to consider some other course of action.

To answer your question, yes, you can apply for DACA (I'm assuming that's what you meant by "Dcca") again if you still meet the eligibility requirements. They no longer allow DACA applications if you have never received DACA, but they do allow DACA applications if you have ever previously received DACA, even if you have a gap.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

My denial is incorrect, they said i could not provide evidence during my interview, but the interview did not happen because they could not find my file. the chief officer stamp my interview papaer and said he will reschedule it.
