I have a question: If I sent all the evidence of marriage such as pictures from our entire relationship timeline and joint taxes and all other financial documents, do I need to remake another binder with the same things or will the IO have it already from my application? I’m just curious.. it was unclear from reading all these forums lol... I know the sticky from USCFFS had a lot of useful info, but was unclear if that was for people who didn’t send in all evidences with their initial applications...

When I submitted my packet, aside from the important documents, I only sent 10 photos to verify our marriage. I mean on top of the required documents such as marriage cert, etc.
But I think, it’s better to go on top with your evidences. I know this will sound crazy, but I, myself frontloaded the io with evidences. Turned out well because I got approved on the spot. Anyway goodluck! Keep us posted please. Also let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you so much! I guess I’ll see what my lawyer’s instructions will be when I have my prep with him... I’ll come back and update when I do the interview! Hooray for on the spot approval!

Bring all the evidence with you even if you already submitted them. Put them in a MASSIVE portfolio to send the officer a visual message that you came prepared and that you have a lot of evidence that your marriage is in fact bonafide. That’s what we did and it worked in our favor.
