Need urgent help I-94 expiration

Hi all,
I am on O1 visa, family on O3. I-797 valid till Feb 2020. I -94 expired fr my wife in 2018 due to passport expiration. My I-94 was good till March 2020, however, with my recent trip out ide US, I got new I-94 that has validation till July 2019 and changed my class of admission from O1 to D1. Not sure what it it. I got paroled in this time. We have our EB1 GC process, everything done now waiting for date to be current.
So now me and my I-94 is expired, even though I-797 is valid till March 2020. Is it an issue ? how do correct it quickly ? can I visit airport or any where and show I-797 and get it correct ?
We are taking Bahamas cruise in next week. Is it ok to g ahead with it ?

If you have an unexpired Advance Parole document, your I-94 is irrelevant, and you can take your cruise.

A D1 visa is for Maritime / Airline crew. Not sure how an actor converts to a pilot.
