I met my husband when i first visited the USA in July 2016, we had been in constant comunication since then. He visited me in my home country December 2016.
i had been in and out of USA since then, but i never overstayed.
Fast forward september 2019, my husband visited my home country and proposed, we decided to come back to the US together on October 1, with the plan on spending a couple of weeks.
October 11, we decided to have a court wedding.
Now he wants to file for me.
we have started building our case(filling the forms), but the apartment complex which we live in say they can't include me on the lease because i do not have SSN, hence no credit score, no employment history.
How risky is my situation, am i likely to be denied?
and also what other supporting documents do i have to submit if we want to file for the I-30 and I-485 concurrently considering my situation?
