long time reader, first time question
I ve been working in the US for several years
L1 Visa, already on the third extension
I have already an EAD (with advanced parole for travelling)
Did the interview for I485 adjustment based on employment on June 2019 in Miami (application/receipt date June 2018)
i140 approved
Do you guys think I can change employer under the AC21 rules? Similar Job, more than 180 days pf waiting time, intend to notify uscis about change, getting letter of employment from new employer Thanks
