Our i485 Employment bases AOS approved 5 weeks ago (around Oct 18) - and the case still just says " Case was approved", so updates since then on both cases.
I took infopass since we had to travel, but the officer at the office simply said cannot stamp unless the card was already sent or u received it but lost etc .. cant stamp for case approved. Even though EMR family trip planned for Nov. So frustrating.
All Helpdesk rep say is first wait 30 days , now 60 days, I’m pretty sure next is 120 days. Idk whats causing a delay ... all my friends after me have received theirs. Very unusual no updates on SRs , help desk dnk anything either. Just waiting here. Any other advice anyone ? Worried
