    Is there a seperate document for Advance Parole after receiving combo card?

    Hello everyone,

    Couple of days ago my Advance parole case number updated saying new document being produced. I received my combo card a month ago. I was wondering if there is a separate card for Advance Parole? Thanks

    10/17/2019 EAD approved
    10/24/2019 EAD/AP received
    10/28/2019 Interview Completed
    11/25/19 New card being produced

    Combo card means a combination of ead and advance parole.
    did you file them at the same time?
    also does your card have a note saying serves as advance parole?

      Yes, I filed them together. And yes my card says serves as advance parole in the bottom.

        Then you are all set The EAD card serves as both work permit and advanced parole, as long as it says on the card itself.

          I agree with robec but sometimes I know that the USCIS reissues the combo cards if they find a security flaw or mistake in the original card. Did you have a mistake in your EAD/AP combo card? or do you know if the USCIS is recalling and reissuing a batch of recently-printed cards? That could very well be it.
          Or the other possibility is that the online USCIS status updates are slow as usual and are just telling you that your card is produced.
