Help in form I-130 Part 4 Question 53/54

I am filling out Form I-130 and in the Part 4, Question 53 / 54 in the EVER question on immigrant procedures. I came to the US with a B2 visa and I have been here for more than 2018. Apply for a Extend Visa and do not respond now. I don`t received a mail order of deportation or to go to court . I must answer which immigrant procedures or a serious answer no? Thank you

You should answer No. Proceedings means things in immigration court like deportation.
