So, my parents came to US on B1/B2 visa. They have 5 years multiple visa. This is not their first time in the US. Mom's 3rd and Dad's 2nd time in the US. This time on Jan 30th 2010 they arrived in Us and I filed AOS around mid of February 2010. I filed their AOS I-485 too soon didn't even wait for 30 days after their arrival. Their fingerprint is done and interview scheduled for May. I spoke with one attorney today and she told me that they might deny my parents GC because i filed AOS too soon. Is this true??
