I-94

Hello,

right now I am so angry and sad, I cannot find my I-94. I have kept that thing so carefully that now that I need to compile my file to take to my interview soon, I cannot find that square sheet of paper... arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.

Anyway, the questions is, can I attend my interview without it, which is at the end of new month, as I do not want to apply for a replacement which cost $320, as I read from USCIS.gov, unless I am mistaken...

I however, have the number on my the copy of my form-I-765, and I am still in status when I applied for AOS and will be until May 15th..

Any advice on this issue, is it safe to attend the interview without it... though I sent a copy when I applied for AOS, and now can't find a copy of it...

Please advice will be much appreciated.. calling all senior members and exprience people...

U have to apply for the replacement if u lose ur I-94 original immigration won't accept the copy they want ur orig.

I have sent them the copy with my application and the number is also on their file, I do not have the fund to apply for a replacement, and I will only have to get to the interview and explain it to the officer, they can check if they want to...

I have also asked a lawyer who said, I can explain thus to them... I think I will go for that... because its expensive and I am not working.
