  • Doubts in submitting documents to USCIS

I am in the USA with a B2 tourist visa and out of status now. I am finalizing the documents to send because I get marriage with a USA citizen now. I already filled out and separated the forms:
G1145, i-485 (adjustment of status) i-864 (Adfavit os support under section 213-a), i-131 (travel document), I-765 (Employment Authorization), G-325A (Biographic Information - Me and my spouse / sponsor), and I-130 (petition of alien relative)

My question is: should I submit all forms together in the same envelope, or should I separate them into different envelopes with copies of the documents each form requests? Another question is whether I should staple the sheets or put a paper clip to organize them?

Thanks for your attention and I look forward to receiving help. Have a great weekend

I put them in separate labeled envelopes and then put all the envelopes in one large mailing envelope. I also used paper clips as staples can be a little annoying if necessary to take out in my opinion.

Then I put each of the forms in their own manilla folder, with two hole punches at the top and placed into manilla folders with ACCO fasteners at the top. Then I put a sticker on the folder showing what the form was. At the top of everything was my cover letter stating all the documents enclosed, our names, why we were filing etc. The passport photos of us went into a small plastic baggie. The evidence photos were organized 1-2 to a printed color page with a month/year and description below them.

I then put everything into a padded envelope, then into an Express Mail typar envelope (waterproof) and mailed. All documents were in the order they were described in the cover letter.
