Is she the beneficiary? If so, does she have an EAD? If not, it’s illegal and not a good idea lest the USCIS finds out. Also probably better not post about it here.Canadian on F-1 married to USC (SSM)

Overstaying and working without authorization is forgiven for USC spouse, as mentioned by BayAreaCaliAOS. Not for others (like the spouse of GC holder).Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
