Had our interview today, it went well! At first the officer was a bit serious then we started having a few laugh here and there because why do always go to Florida. I told her it’s so relaxing down there hahah ! She said I should visit Atlanta next.We side track a lot of times lol
First thing she asked for was drivers license, marriage certificate, and birth certificates.. she then had a piece of paper writing everything starting with how we met, how many people were in our wedding, who was there, where do we travel, where did we have our honeymoon. All the questions she asked were very basic questions.
she then went on to the YES and NO and after that, she asked us if we have any pictures/joint paper work. We gave her the medical insurance, tax return, cable bill, and our photos traveling together. She opened the binder and she was like “whoa, you got a lot of stuff.” LOL we really did. Every single medical bill receipts we received was in there so it was so thick.
After she collected the pictures and paperwork, she said “everything looks good here, I will review your case for a week and within 30 days, you should receive your green card” I thanked her and we talked out and she made a copy of our drivers license.
That’s was it.. my question is, how come she didnt mention about the conditional green card and such. Idk. weird... the interview really went well. Now, I kept checking for updates on case status. Nothing.. no updates. Do y’all think im okay?
