Hi All,
If my country is current for Adjustment of Status (I-485). However, my employer got PERM (EB2) for a next level title; I am Engineer-level-1 but employer applied for PERM for Engineer-level-2.
This is due transferring perm from another person. What is the best to do? Ask the lawyer to restart PERM for my current level. Go for i-140 and wait couple of year until I get promoted to next level then apply to Adjustment of Status (I-485)? Please help!
