Not sure if this is helpful since it's been a year since I did it and things may have changed, by I expedited my EAD. PD was Sept 20 and I got my EAD on November 15, so less than 2 months (and I also had a RFE in that meantime). I expedited it due to a job offer. Good luck!

10/22 - Early bio walk-in
11/15 - New card is being produced (I-765)
11/26 - EAD combo & SS card
01/13/2020 - Interview
01/23/2020 - Case Approved, Card Mailed. -
