RFE: Co Sponsor and Separate I-864

Good morning all,

I'm married to USC, my wife filled I-130 & I-864 for me and my 3 minor children from the previous marriage.

USCIS wrote her to resubmit 3 Separate I-864 for each child, they want her to sponsor each child as a PRINCIPAL APPLICANT. They've also requested for a co-sponsor which we have already gotten. My questions are these:

1. Since she'll be completing I-864 per child as Principal applicant, what would be the total household size?

2. The Cosponsor has just one dependent, what household size should he use, note: He is also filling I-864 for each person as Principal applicant.

Anyone with Similar experience should kindly assist with advice.

1. I'm not sure whether your children count as her dependent children or not. If not, the I-864 for each child will have household size of 3 (her, her spouse, and the immigrant). If all the children count as dependent children, then it would be 5 (her, her spouse, the immigrant, and the other 2 dependent children).
3. Assuming they are not married, 3 (them, their dependent, and the immigrant).
