Forms delivered - Process Check In Time ???

Dear friends.

I submitted to USCIS in Chicago my forms and documents i485, i130, and other documents for status adjustment and green card application. I received on Dec 09 the confirmation by USPS that the envelope with the documents were delivered in Chicago. However I have not received any confirmation from USCIS. I applied for the form to receive emails and messages about the process. I checked if the money orders were discounted, but not yet registered there. Can someone tell me how long they usually send proof or confirm receipt of the process, because I'm afraid something has gone wrong. I searched the forum but could not reach any clear conclusion about it. Thank you all

Normally for I-485 petitions, the response time for confirmation of receipt is about 1-2 weeks. However, in situations where the USCIS is really backed up, the time for receipt I-797c can be up to 4 weeks are per official instructions. So, you will have to be patient. You cannot inquire until it's been several weeks past the normal time.

I received the email/text confirmations of receipt exactly one week after the package was delivered.
