Hello.
Few (like me) have to pay own expenses regardless weather it's thru I-130 or
I-140....here is some tips to save money.
i went to get me medical done: i was asked $450 for blood work, immunization and physical.
so, i went to my primary care doctor and asked him order blood work, urine and X-ray for me, so he gave me the prescriptions for those.
i got everything done.
also, immunizations:
go your city/town hall, they offer you each shot for $5 most of the them.
bring all the reports and shots recods to that physician(required by USCIS) you need to see.
you might just have to pay Physical only.
