I -485 and I 824
hey i just want to ask if I -824 is submitted only after approval of I -485 that is after 3 years , then what will happen.
why i am asking this is that we have finished all the process at usa and also finished with interview at local us embassy at INDIA. they verbally approved our immigration visa but later they told us that we both the kids a not eligible as we have submitted I 824 after 3 years from I 485 and we have not submitted together. They said thats the only reason for not issueing our immigration visa.
Can anyone tell me if these two forms should be submitted together compulsory .
