    Can i find dependent 485 if date Retrogress?

    Applied for 485 in 1 Dec 2003.
    Getting married in Feb 2005.
    Labor PD:-05/05/2003.
    can i file dependent 485 once in US i.e after March 2005 even though PD Retrogress to 1 jan 2002 from jan 1 2005 or should wait until dates to be current.



    Need urgent help!!
