  • I-693 wrong date

Hi everyone, I have just completed my medical exam and received the sealed envelope along with a copy for my own records. While going thru the copy I noticed that I accidentally signed the wrong date (2 days later than the date of the exam) of course I signed it only when the civil surgeon instructed me to do so, but now I’m stressed out. Clearly the doctor didn’t notice while he was preparing my papers either. Do you think this will be an issue when I submit my I-693 at the interview? I really don’t want to have to do it again or delay the process in any way

I don't think that will be an issue. You can contact the doctor that did the exam, explain the situation and they may change the date and give you a new sealed envelope. Some doctors/clinics will charge for this.
