Focus on pushing through your prior pending AOS. Marriage won’t make it any easier in my opinion.
If you already have an EAD issued April 2019, why not just use it and renew it? Also, as they noted above, if you’ve already used your EAD from the prior AOS, you have violated the terms of your F-1 and are no longer in status. The OPT would be denied.
