    Hello everybody,

    I was just curious, for marriage base after you got went to i-485 interview and got approve and have card in hand, i know i have to file for i-751 90 days before the 2 years, is the 2 year end, is i-751 2nd interview require if approve for i-485?

      We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for an interview.

    So that is my uscis tracker date for the i-485, what date do you use as anniversary date for the 2 year? and is the i-751 2nd interview is mostly require if the 1st interview for i-485 was approve.

    Your GC should have a date, you use that to find the 2 year anniversary.
    Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
    Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
    Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

      the "anniversary" date is when your GC was issued. Look at your GC and look at the expiration date. That's the date you have to apply 90 days before.

        Thanks everyone, but do you guys know that if i would have to do a 2nd interview for the i-751? or is it mostly is waiverable? i have a lawyer for the whole process since i-130/485.

          Depends.. they may or may not waive the interview. if there is substantial evidence submitted for bonafide marriage then they may waive the interview. Again there is no guarantee..

          09/19/2019 - Case Approved i130 & i485
          06/28/2021 - i-751 sent via UPS
          07/02/2021 - Check was cashed & got receipt number starting SRC
          07/06/2021 - Received 18 months extension in mail
          08/16/2021 - biometrics waived; received i797 in mail. Online status still at case received
          11/20/2021 - Received 24 months extension in mail
