Husband became USC during wife's AOS process

Hi guys
My husband filed n-400 form for naturalization on March 2019
F2A category became current and we applied for i130 and i485 concurrently on July 2019. Husband was still a LPR at that time.
Then he received his naturalization certificate on December 2019

I did not received my EAD or hear about interview yet for my AOS, since July.
Should we provide his naturalization certificate to USCIS now or should we wait for interview?

Would his USC status help us to expedite my AOS or EAD in anyway?

His USC status would help in the chance that the F2A category becomes not current in the coming months.
