Hello!
I've been living in the US for the last five years and currently working on H1B visa, which is due for extension in Sept 2021. I'm married to a US citizen and am looking to start my application for marriage-based Green card. I have a couple questions on the application process:
1. Based on my research so far, I understand that we MUST submit forms I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864 along with supporting documents as part of the application packet to USCIS. Is my understanding correct or am I missing some other forms that need to be submitted as part of application packet?
2. Can the above forms be filled online or is it recommended to fill them offline and mail it in a physical application packet?
3. Since I'm already on H1-B visa that expires in late 2021, do I need to apply for an EAD card (Form I-765) or is this optional for me?
4. What is the cost breakdown if I also apply for an EAD card (Form I-765) and Advance Parole (Form I-131) along with the rest of the application?
Thanks in advance for your help and support!
