HELP with form I-485 NYC

Hi,
I filled out my application for (I-485) in NEW YORK, 08/07/2019
08/30/2019 Notice for Fingerprint Appointment
09/20/2019 Fingerprint Appointment
12/08/2019 Online my Status (I-485) changed from:
-Your case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview
to
-Duplicate Noticed was mailed
on Dec 10 we sent you a notice about our decision on your form I-485 describing how we will process the case if it is still pending. please follow any instructions in the notice.

Can someone help me with this?
Any Idea what this could be? I still haven't received anything ...
I just asked for a duplicate notice.

Also any idea about my process time from any similar personal experience ?

Call uscis tomorrow explain to them that you seem to be missing your mail. And that you’d like to know what mail was sent out to you. Request to speak to a level 2. Level 1 gives very very basic information. Try calling first thing as the office opens. And while you’re on the call just confirm your address with them as well. Good luck.

My lawyer thinks it is probably the letter for missing medical but she suggests me NOT to do the medical exam yet.
I just wanna make sure it's the medical and not something else, because my case seems to be stuck for a while.
