Filing 765 ... Questions...

I have a pending form 485 with USCIS I filed last September. For some reason I didn't notice the requirement for form 765 if my k1 fiancee wanted to work. Do I file the 765 now separately and include the fee ? Or is it still considered concurrent and I don't need to pay the fee. Also, there is a biometrics fee for both but I've already paid and completed that for the 485... Any help is appreciated thanks

You file I-765 now with the I-485 receipt. It is still free. (And if you want an Advance Parole, you can file I-131 now with the I-485 receipt. It is also still free.)
