Hello Everyone, on March 14 2018 USCIS received my application for I-485 ( permanent resident). While on May 13 2019 I got a letter for green card interview for June 20 2019. On the day of the interview I was told it was cancelled verbally without prior notice. Since the day it was cancelled till date I haven’t gotten a rescheduled date or cancellation letter (today makes it 240days since cancelled and 665 days since case received by uscis. I called USCIS to fix another day I was told this week my background check is not complete. Please what can I do?am frustrated.
