My husband and I are ready to submit our application for green card. My husband who is my sponsor just started a new job. Because of that we don’t have 6 paystubs or 6 months paystubs. Before this job my husband didn’t work for two months. Right now we only have 2 paystubs. Can we still send our application to the immigration?

Send those 2 pay stubs and anything else he received during those 2 months like unemployment, etc. As long as you have 3 year taxes and he meets the poverty level requirements, ya'll be ok
