After having my work permit expire going to the congressman talking to my lawyer and speaking with 2 level two officers I have yet to recieve any update regarding my RFE. It’s been 9 months. I got an letter in November regarding my work permit and I stated that I was denied in July 2019 due to I485 and when I called And informed them that I never received a letter regarding my denial, I was told that it was a mistake that they had not reviewed my RFE and that I should send in a new work permit request. My interview was in 2018. The last level 2 officer I spoke with just said wait on the mail and hung up. Has anyone dealt with this?
