not yet filling aos

i came here last july 8 2009 as k-1 visa but i got married last august 24 2009 and until now 2010 im not working because i still not filling my oas as well s my sss and ead. my husband got sick and lost his job.what should i do.
please help me. any advice is highly appreciated.

Has your visa expired? Even if it did, you will need to file for AOS. You will need a co-sponsor if your husband is not working now. If your visa has expired, and filing for AOS, prepare to write an affidavit explaining lack of timely filing. Also, you cannot leave the country until your Green Card is approved.
