Hi Everyone,
anyone know when we can expect work permit under c09 category on marriage under CAA Act.

I don't know about the CAA Act, but the work permit usually takes around 3 months for employment-based cases and around 7 months for marriage cases (many reports that EAD never produced and get an interview date/GC around the same time).
