Hello. I have a question about what forms to fill out in reference to adjusting an immigration status for my wife. I am a US citizen and my wife and I were married 3 yrs ago. Her daughter is still in her country but would like to come to the US to study. At the time we were married her daughter was still under the age of 18, so was told that I could apply for her as her step father. Does anyone know what form (s) would I need to fill out in order to do this adjustment? We had an attorney that helped us previously through the military but now that I retired no longer have legal help in that area. Some attorneys are charging 3k just to fill out the paperwork on top of the USCIS fees so would like to just do it myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.
