No news on EAD approval. I have seen cases with a very similar time line as mine who got their ead approved on the same day. I was hoping to get my ead soon but it doesn't look like it. Getting frustrated checking the case status every 10 minutes to find that there is no change on the ead status

I got my EAD in May and still didn't receive SSN. Called the SSA probably 5 times by now and they always say that they never received anything from USCIS about my SSN and I can't file for one since offices are closed. So it depends if you get lucky and get it soon or unlucky like me.

Had similar problems, received my SSN on Monday. Call USCIS, tell them the social Security office said they can't use the "save Check Program" to verify your status because USCIS didn't generate verification ID for your account, therefore having no access. Be prepared to make Multiple calls between USCIS and SS. When you call social security, tell them USCIS said to use the Save Check program to verify your current status.

This is what worked for me, a kind agent at Social security advised me of such. Called for three days before I was informed my ssn was processed, received it in hand within three days after.

Yes, it is normal. Your I131 is also only valid for one year.
I received my EAD card around 7/15~7/16ish, while my EAD got approved to be valid from 6/19/2020-6/18/2021. It's just horrible to waste one whole month's time waiting for them to print my EAD card.

Good news! My spouse received her 485 approval after interview on 07/20/20.. Website updated status to "card is being produced" on 07/21/20 and on 07/22/20 status for 485 and 130 changed to case is approved. Concurrently filed 130 and 485 along with 131 and 765 on January 5th, and January 9th was the official priority date.
