    Anyone filing in Boston?
I was checking the USCIS website this morning as I've been doing every day since April. Surprising to see that my I-765 status is updated to "New Card Is Being Produced ". It is absolutely fantastic news. We filed an expedite through phone call two weeks ago, and faxed out some required information last week. We called on Monday again and they said they have everything they need for the expedite and asked us to wait. To be honest, I am not very positive that they will approve my expedite application, but they did. Still no interview news for the I-485 application.
I think things will move fast since the USCIS reopened last week. Hopefully, everyone can have some good news within these two weeks.

Well, I just faxed them our bank statements showing our saving is running low and a cover letter explaining why we need to expedite our application. That's all we sent them. Nothing else. I am really surprised to see it approved.

We filed the expedite request on May 26 via phone. I received an email the next day requiring supporting documentation. We faxed the documentation on June 2 and called USCIS again on June 8. They said they have everything they need and asked us to wait for the result. And I was surprised to see it approved on June 11. Hope this timeline helps.

I-131 for advanced parole was approved after 147 days from PD.

The EAD is still under review, because we filed I-765 separately in May.

Quick question for you: did it go to “Case was Approved” without first going to “Card was Ordered”?

Generally a good sign! NBC is being a little slow producing cards right now. Keep us posted on when you get a further update.

                              • Anyone actually see their EAD status changed to mailed? It has been 8 days since mine changed to "card being produced" and it is still stuck on that. The card validity starts from the date it is approved, so every week that passes is a wasted work week that I can't get back.
