Are they working on I-130 or we'll have to wait for the interview before they aprove it?, My I-130 status still in the same status since I sent the package back in January 2020, the current status is "Case Was Received"

I think they approve the i130 at the same time with i485 nowdays. The status of my i130 is also still case was received since january.

Again since 19th my status went card is being produced, then on 22nd went to case is approved.... never changed to card mailed and no card yet, just the letters. I guess sometimes next week since its weekend now.

How long does it take from "card produced" and "cases approved" to "card mailed" for EAD/AP? It's been almost two weeks since those approval updates and I haven't seen an update for card being mailed.

It is taking around 10 days to update to “card is mailed” mine got approved on June 16th and updated to card is mailed June 27th.

Hi guys! Messaging from Florida. I’m married to us citizen, we filed on February 19th, package was delivered on February 22nd. Didn’t cash checks until April 13th! Even through when I look my cases up online, it says they received it in February. Got receipts in the mail and letter saying to bring medical form to the interview. It’s July and I haven’t been invited for fingerprints yet. I understand coronavirus messed things up, but I’m going on 6th month and nothing yet? Anybody in the same situation? I don’t care as much about green card right now as we can’t travel anyways, but husband is an essential, and we want to relocate so I need work permit to work and help him out????
