Hello All,
I am based in msp and I had my interview at uscis MSP. This is for a marriage based green card. We got our i130 approval in one month and the same month I got a rfe for a new i693 and i566 from Kansas City field office. Anyone experience something similar? I never received any notice of my field office changing nor did my attorney. So question is should I follow the timeline for MSP or should I be looking at the Kansas City processing times?
as per uscis contact center I should follow the MSP processing times since that’s the office near my zip.
any thoughts/suggestions would be of great help.
