Hi,
Wondering if anybody has had the same experience as us.
I am married to a US Citizen and have a spousal visa application pending.
We also submitted an I-485 AOS with the Employment and Travel Authority Documents.
My biometrics appointment was completed in November 2019.
Last week (01/10) in the mail I received a courtesy notice for the I-458 to say I would need to take my medical certificate to our immigration appointment when it is scheduled.
A lot of people are saying after this notice they are generally receiving their employment authority within 2 weeks.
Today (01/25) I have received a letter asking me to attend an appointment at the nearest application support centre on the 7th of February.
This notice says that it is specifically for the Application for Employment Authority and does not state that it is a biometrics appointment.
In all my reasearch I haven’t found anybody who has had this similar thing happen and I was wondering if anybody might know what it is about?
Thanks in advance for your help.
CJ
