I-485 interview done but didn't give me a white paper

Hi all
Wife had her interview on the 23rd of this month.
A supervisor attended the interview with the IO, i don't know if the officer is under training or what exacly.
We didn't get a white paper at the end of the review though it was easy one and took only 25mins.
Our case changed the same day to Interview was completed and case must be reviewed.

I just want to know if it was normal that a supervisor would attend and about we didn't get the white paper.

I have read several times that the supervisor can show up if the officer is in training. I guess that was the case and they don't approve on the spot, you need to wait. They don't always give the white paper, I don't think you need to worry.
