    74 days since ready to schedule

    Am I missing something ? My 130 and 485 are just stalled. Do they need to be transferred to another office (if so - I do not have notification ). ? Did they lose my application somehow
    got my EAD 40 days ago.

    I haven’t read about a marriage based case received after April 2019 that has been scheduled in Hartford. Probably 2-3 months until they get to July. There’s not much action you can take until your case is outside of normal processing time.

    12/1/2020: Interview was scheduled! Awaiting letter.

      Hartford Office wait time for a 485 is 9.5 to 21.5 months. Relax and enjoy your life. Need to be patient.

        Normal processing time. It would be a miracle if you get scheduled right now. Be patient.
