  • Help! Immediate Relative Application

    Hey guys!!
My husband (Beneficiary) and I (USC), recently sent our concurrent I-130, I-485, and I-765 package w/ all required evidence to USCIS CHICAGO LOCKBOX in December 15, 2019 . We have received Notice of Action I-767c Rejection Letter do to incorrect filling fees on i-485 and I-130.
We originally sent i130 form with a money order made for $535.00 and
    i485 with a cashiers check for $1,140.
The same day I sent the package I realized that I did not include the Biometrics Fee therefore it would cause for it to come back. We have issued I-485 form with a new single check for $1,225.
To my understanding, this should be the only thing to fix, right?
or should we be sending the new package with the new signature and dates?
They also rearranged the package differently to what we had sent should I send it back exactly as they sent it to me and just include the new check with the green paper they requested to be put first when resubmitting the package?
THANK YOU SO MUCH YOUR TIME!!!

Resend all new docs if USCIS printed anything on the paper you sent in. If they didn’t mark on them then send back exactly what you sent with the right fee. Double check the paperwork again just to be in the safe side.
