Hi everyone,
My husband was on an L1A and I was listed as a dependent. We had our green card interview in May, 2019 - we received an RFE, which we responded to and my husband ended up getting his green card in October, 2019. I had assumed that as it was a joint application, that we would be approved at the same time - not so. My status online still reads that my case is under review. The company lawyer has sent an inquiry but as yet, no response.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I'd really appreciate some insight.
