I guess this was because your ex-wife's father reported to the USCIS the marriage was a fraud(We know it was not, but the USCIS would not believe so). In that case, you'd better consult a lawyer. This is too complicated for us to solve. Probably, more evidence to show a strong economic bond between you and your spouse would be a better solution. After all, you need to show more convincing evidence to the USCIS that you guys are really married, based on the fact that you are now suspicious of marriage fraud in the eyes of USCIS.

        Sorry to say but:
        1) Ex-wife Father reported to USCIS: red flag!
        2) Indian nationality: red flag!
        3) Meeting on Instagram: red flag!
        4) Not giving straight answer: red flag!

With 4 red flags, i think they will give you a denial letter & 90 days to depart from US.

If your wife is USC, get records EVERYTHING to show bona fide marriage. If you have any texts or proof to show previous marriage was real, that would help. Hire a LAWYER ASAP. Only way out of this is to prove your current marriage is REAL and not for immigration purposes

You need to hire a lawyer my friend. Why wouldn't you go with an attorney to your interview if you knew this was so complicated?
Some many red flags. All indicates that you married someone just to obtain a green card, and your first marriage failed miserably because of that. Now your second marriage in such a short time was the tipping point for the officer. I wouldn't be surprised if they did a home visitation. If you haven't been asked to depart the USA just yet then more likely they've escalated this case to field officers and there my friend get ready! Because if this is not a strong bona fide you'll be f***. They'll visit your home and they'll pretty much spy on you. And that's allowed by law. My recommendation is GET AN ATTORNEY NOW.
                Good luck!
